Job summary

Listening Ear Crisis Center in Standish, Michigan, is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for full-time and part-time positions. DSPs will supervise and assist consumers in daily living activities based on individual Person Centered Plans, ensuring compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.

This position offers a salary of $17.13 per hour and up to $1000 in bonuses for full-time roles. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old, with preference for those having previous caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time employment begins.
• Prior experience in a caregiving capacity preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and support consumers in daily living activities.
• Engage with consumers to implement their Person Centered Plan.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
