Mosaic is looking for Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a DSP, you will provide support and guidance to people served as they learn daily living skills to live as independently as possible.

Starting wage is $20.16 per hour with a Daily Pay option to manage finances. If you enjoy helping others, you’ll love contributing to a team that puts people first and shares a commitment to excellent care.

Qualifications

• Desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives; training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to meet physical requirements.
• Valid U.S. driver's license where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the development of daily living skills and life activities.
• Help people identify and achieve their personal goals.
• Monitor comfort and safety and meet medical, nutritional and personal care needs.
• Demonstrate emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meals and laundry.
