Strong communication and teamwork are essential. This on-site role in Torrington, CT requires a 12-hour shift capacity and a commitment to CSI policies, training, and documentation.

• Education requirement: General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or better.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with daily living skills, personal care and health-related tasks.
• Promote wellness, independence and community involvement for persons supported.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with team and guardians.
