Job summary

Alora Supports is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Nebraska. Join a compassionate team delivering one-on-one support in homes and communities, helping with daily living, goals, social engagement, and independence.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required.
• Experience in Direct Support, Caregiving, Direct Care, Home Health, Personal Care, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Services, Special Education, or Healthcare is helpful.

Alora Supports is always looking to connect with caring, reliable people interested in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the Syracuse area.

This is our general application for Direct Support Professionals. Because we build our support teams around each individual, schedules, hours, locations, and support needs vary. If your availability and experience are a good match for a current or upcoming opportunity, our team will reach out to discuss it with you.

Many of our current opportunities are during after school, evening, and weekend hours. We do not currently offer overnight shifts.

Schedule

• Approximately 10 hours per week. Specific days and times will be discussed during the interview.
