Job summary

Alora Supports in Gretna, NE is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one assistance in homes and communities. This part-time role offers about 8 hours per week; schedules vary and training is provided.

No overnight shifts; you’ll help individuals live self-directed lives, build skills, and participate in the community. Pay is $22 per hour, with paid training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others succeed.

This is our general application for Direct Support Professionals. Because we build our support teams around each individual, schedules, hours, locations, and support needs vary. If your availability and experience are a good match for a current or upcoming opportunity, our team will reach out to discuss it with you.

Many of our current opportunities are during after school, evening, and weekend hours. We do not currently offer overnight shifts.

Schedule

• Approximately 8 hours per week. Specific days and times will be discussed during the interview.
