Job summary

Sevita in Cleveland is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental needs. You’ll help participants grow, learn, and live well, building real relationships and providing personal care with patience and respect.

You’ll assist with daily activities, support budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure meaningful community participation. A high school diploma and basic care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with complex needs.
