Job summary

Sevita is seeking caring, patient individuals to support participants in Kokomo, Indiana, with personal care, daily activities, and community involvement. You’ll help with hygiene, nutrition, budgeting, and fitness goals while building meaningful relationships.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for learning and development within a supportive team. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants engage in community activities and preferred hobbies.
