Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work in the Manhattan area (including Brooklyn & Bronx). Shifts are available part time and full time with weekends. Compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, with flexibility to adjust schedules.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• First Aid certification required.
• SCIP is required.
• AMAP is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal prep.
• Support individuals in accessing community resources, activities, and employment or volunteer opportunities.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as required.
• Implement behavior support plans and use de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Document daily activities, progress notes, and incidents accurately and timely.
• Advocate for rights, choices, and inclusion of individuals served.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living or program environment.
• Participate in client training and team meetings.
