Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training is provided in full, so no prior experience is required.

You will help foster independence and caregiver support while ensuring health and safety throughout the day. We offer paid training, benefits for full-time staff, paid time off, annual raises, flexible schedules, and an employee referral program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid OH driver's license and car insurance.
• Must have a personal, reliable vehicle to transport individuals served.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home settings.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily life activities.
• Complete household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
