Alpha Opportunities, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide overnight care from 10pm to 6am and awakening support 6am to 8am in Jamestown, North Dakota.

The role includes training during the day or evening until fully trained for night shifts and delivering person-centered support with dignity and respect. As part of a collaborative care team, you will help individuals lead self-directed lives, participate in their communities, and maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with personal care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight direct support from 10pm to 6am, and awake support 6am to 8am.
• Assist individuals to lead self-directed lives and participate in the community.
• Document care and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

Assist people to lead self-directed lives and participate fully in the community. Provide supports independently and as part of a collaborative care team. Care may be provided to persons in either residential or day center facilities depending on scheduling, or when accompanying the person in the place(s) of volunteering or anywhere the person may need assistance.
