Job summary

Merakey is hiring for a Shift Supervisor in Hummelstown, PA. The role involves providing direct care, supporting ADLs, and helping individuals develop life skills within a nonprofit behavioral health services setting. Training is provided; no experience required for entry, with 30 hours/week and rotating weekends.

We offer benefits and paid training as part of a mission-driven team. This is a full-time position with 3rd shift coverage and weekend rotation, located in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Current Pennsylvania driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well‑being, including medication support (as trained).
