Job summary

Crest Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support residents with developmental disabilities and mental health needs in a faith-based, nonprofit setting. You’ll work in group-home environments and help with daily living activities while upholding dignity and respect for each resident.

You’ll work a 3-week rotating schedule with a mix of weekday, overnight, and weekend shifts, earning $17.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities and full-time benefits, including health,

• Monitor and report changes in behavior or health.
• Help with transportation to appointments or activities.

We’re a faith-based, nonprofit organization founded in 1974, proudly supporting individuals in group home settings across Minnesota.

Example Shifts Include:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday: 4 PM – 8 AM
• Tuesday: 4 PM – 12 AM
• Wednesday: 12 AM – 8 AM
• Friday into Saturday: 4 PM – 4 PM
• Sunday into Monday: 8 AM – 8 AM
• You won’t work every weekend, but weekend availability is required.
