Job Summary

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) implements individualized action plans for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in a residential setting to maximize community functioning; assists with personal care, social skills, money management, life skills, daily living, meal planning, preparation, and transfers.
