Job summary

Skill Creations, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in residential and community settings. You will help with personal care, daily living activities, and medication administration, fostering independence.

Strong attendance and ability to lift 50 pounds are required; CPR/First Aid training will be provided as needed. Competitive benefits include health, dental, life insurance, and 401K.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited school is required.
• Criminal Record Check is required.
• CPR/First Aid and Behavior Management training will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to individuals with physical/medical needs, behavioral support, and independent living skills.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration and independent living tasks.
• Transport/accompany individuals to activities and appointments in the community.
