Responsibilities

• Assist and/or supervise in activities of daily living skills.
• Administer or assist with prescribed medication.
• Light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with transportation needs.
• Aid implementation of individual goals and objectives.
• Conduct data entry using Therap (EHR).
• Facilitate residents' engagement in recreational and social activities.
