Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• 1 year of direct care experience preferred.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and clear background checks.
• Pre-Employment Physical & TB Test

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support individuals on-site and in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities with dignity and independence.
• Maintain records and required documentation related to individuals’ care and progress.
• Observe changes in health or behavior and report to supervisor.
• Transport individuals safely using company vehicles
