Community Resources for Justice, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional to join our Disabilities Services team in Marlborough, NH.

This part-time role supports adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities in group homes, helps teach new skills, and ensures safety and quality of life for clients. Responsibilities include supervising and transporting clients, documenting progress, and collaborating with a friendly, professional team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Experience with electronic documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours.
• Support clients in developing new skills per their ISP goals.
• Model positive behavior to enhance quality of life and safety.
• Administer medications and complete documentation timely.
