Charles Lea Center in Avon location is seeking a Part-time Direct Support Professional to support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. The role requires working a second shift from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and every other weekend, with occasional flexibility based on staffing needs.
You will assist with daily living skills, document daily notes, and communicate with supervisors while adhering to safety and infection control policies.

Work Location Flexibility: While this position is assigned to our Avon location, All Direct Support Professionals may be required to work at other Charles Lea Center sites as needed based on staffing and operational needs.
