POSITION SUMMARY

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct care within the Community Residential Program. This program provides residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Elk County. The DSP provides daily individualized care to each consumer while encouraging independence, respecting personal preferences, and ensuring their health and welfare.
