Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals to assist children, teens, and young adults (ages 3–21) with developmental, social, and emotional needs in homes and community settings. Positions are part-time (6–15 hours) including after-school, evening, and weekend hours, with immediate openings in HBTS, ABA, and PASS programs.

DSPs will work under a clinical supervisor to implement behavior plans, teach and model interventions, collect daily data, and maintain

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with developmental, social, or emotional needs is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals aged 3–21 with special needs in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior plans and programs under clinical supervision.
• Teach, model, and implement treatment interventions and strategies.
• Collect daily data and report progress to the clinical team.
