Job summary

Chimes is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Specialist to provide assistance and care to adults with intellectual disabilities in a community group home. Under supervision of the Division Manager of Residential Services, you will deliver personal care, training, and guidance aligned with individual plans.

The role includes weekend and late-day shifts: Saturday–Sunday 4 pm–12 am; Monday and Friday 2 pm–12 am.

Responsibilities

• Assist persons-served in reaching their goals of becoming more independent
• Act as a positive role model for persons served
• Provide guidance, instruction, coaching, and support, in accordance with individual plans
• Engage individuals in beneficial programs and activities
• Transport and accompany individuals into the community for appointments and outings
• Directly assist with personal care as needed
