Qualifikationen

• Passionate about making a difference.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid NYS Driver’s License for transporting individuals to community activities and appointments.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to perform tasks requiring lifting, repositioning and transferring without restriction.

Aufgaben

• Provides direct support and guidance to people in developing daily living, social, and independent living skills through individualized plans and community activities.
• Documents progress, maintains confidential records, and communicates with families, coworkers, and program coordinators.
• Provides safe transportation and assists with mobility needs.
• Maintains assigned agency vehicles and completes required inspections and reports.
• Participates in all agency and departmental trainings and meetings.
