Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Townsend, DE program. No experience is required as paid training is provided. You will work with residents to foster daily living skills, including housekeeping and personal care, under supervision.

Ideal candidates are caring, eager to mentor others, and able to drive; a valid driver’s license is required. This is a hands-on, community-based role with immediate start opportunities.

Qualifications

• Paid training provided regardless of experience.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care as directed.
• Support housekeeping and laundry tasks to promote independence.
• Encourage and mentor residents to meet daily goals within procedures.
