Chimes is hiring a Direct Support Professional inPikesville, MD to empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to live with dignity and independence. The DSP will provide compassionate, hands-on support, assist with daily living activities, and follow individualized care plans to promote progress and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in disability services is preferred but not required—we provide training.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record or limited points as specified.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
• Administer medications per policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Encourage community engagement and participation.
• Some roles may require travel between Residential and Day programs.
