Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state requirements.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds, and up to 50 pounds when assisting non-ambulatory individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation according to guidelines or prescribed diets.
• Administer medications under physician direction.
• Support individuals in community activities, volunteering, employment prep, and leisure outings.
• Provide transportation assistance for work, therapy, and recreation.
• Engage in activities like games, reading, movies, and family visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
