Bancroft in Brick, NJ is seeking Direct Support Professionals for overnight shifts. The role focuses on empowering individuals with developmental disabilities and autism to develop daily living skills, with an emphasis on empathy and teamwork.

You’ll work Thur/Fri/Sat 11pm–9am, earn $19.06–$19.44 per hour, and join a field aimed at meaningful care. Requirements include 18+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, weekend availability, and a collaborative mindset.

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.

Qualifications

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
