Job summary

PeopleInc in Orchard Park, NY is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help individuals live their best lives. You will assist with daily living skills, personal care, transportation, and community participation.

You’ll follow care plans, ensure safety and dignity, and work with a compassionate team. Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position when performing the following: standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling and climbing.
• Lifting requirement of 35 lbs.

Location: Orchard Park, NY and Surrounding Areas

Full-time and part-time shifts available (Day, Evening, and Overnight)

Pay Rate: $19.00

Upon successful completion of a 6-month provisionary period, the hourly rate will increase to $20/hr.
