Job summary

PeopleInc in Amherst, NY is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals achieve personal goals and promote independence in daily living, community involvement, and self-advocacy.

The role includes supporting daily living activities, following personalized care plans, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with paid training and a strong benefits package.

Location: Amherst, NY and Surrounding Areas

Full-time and part-time shifts available (Day, Evening, and Overnight)

Pay Rate:

$19.00

Upon successful completion of a 6-month provisionary period, the hourly rate will increase to $20/hr.
