Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Illinois team in Rockford. You will support individuals as they learn daily living skills, promoting independence and personal growth in a respectful, inclusive environment.

You will be a trusted advocate and practical teacher, helping clients reach meaningful goals while maintaining safety and dignity in daily routines. Training is provided, and a strong commitment to people-first care is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No experience required; thorough training provided.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license if applicable.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and life activities to promote independence.
• Help clients identify and work toward personal goals.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and basic medical, nutritional, and personal care needs are met.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
