Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to provide direct support to individuals with IDD and other complex needs. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and document progress as part of ISPs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Willingness to assist with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and community activities.
• Maintain a safe and supportive living environment.
• Promote independence and life-skills development.
• Document progress and ISPs per requirements.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation.
