These individuals have the ability to live in their own space and our company supports them with activities of daily living in an Independence Supported Living setting (ISL).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Personal care
• Working on individual goals
• Meal preparation and planning
• Medication administration
• Community integration and outings
• Accompanying individuals to appointments
• Other job tasks as assigned
• Drive consumers to and from programs, schools, and appointments as needed
• Shift Documentation
• Med level 1 responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma / GED
• Valid driver's license/auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Positive background screenings, which include criminal record checks, driving records, and abuse/neglect screening
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Level 1 Med certified (preferred)
• 1 year of Direct care support (preferred)
