Job summary

Friendship Community in the Leola/Akron area is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals in residential homes and support daily living activities, personal care, and meal preparation. You will promote independence, dignity, and respect while collaborating with a team to maintain a safe environment.

We seek compassionate caregivers who can work 1st-3rd shifts, communicate effectively, and stay reliable.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards individuals served.
