Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional Kinney on the 2nd shift (32 hours) in Grand Rapids, MI. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support in residential and rehabilitation programs, helping individuals develop daily living skills and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with people with disabilities, mental health needs, or caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification can be obtained.
• Basic computer skills are expected.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals as needed.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
• Background checks must be cleared.

The Direct Support Professional is a valued member of the Hope Network team, providing compassionate, person-centered support and supervision to individuals receiving services in our residential and rehabilitation programs. DSPs help people develop daily living skills, achieve personal goals, maintain health and safety, and participate fully in their communities while promoting dignity, independence, and choice.

What You'll Do
