Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in home-like settings.
• Six months experience in home management activities and state-specific licensure requirements.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, internal and external.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job (lifting, bending, reaching, etc.).
• Maintain state regulatory certifications and attend required trainings.
