OCCK, Inc. in Salina, KS is hiring a Direct Support Professional - Independent Living for on-site support. You will partner with individuals to assist with daily living and community participation, promoting independence and self-advocacy.

Training is provided. Applicants should be 18+, with strong communication and basic math skills, and be available for weekend and overnight shifts as needed.

• Availability to work at least one weekend and one overnight shift

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Must have basic math skills
• Must have a proven work history
• Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting
• Must be available to work various shifts
• Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles
• One year working in the field of human services preferred
• A high school diploma or GED is required
