Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Middlebury, CT seeks Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized, person-directed support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will support adults by teaching daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating for health and wellness.

We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Casual/Per Diem hours with pay at $20.75 per hour for full/part-time and $20.50 per hour for casual/per diem.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills needed.
• Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process including clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Advocate for health and wellness of the people supported.
• Create a healthy, engaging home environment and promote inclusion.
