Job summary

ASG Home Care is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout New Jersey. We are a DDD-focused agency offering consistent hours, local cases, and a supportive team that sets Direct Support Professionals up for success.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands‑on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and meet basic caregiving expectations.
• Experience in caregiving or human services is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
