Wall Residences seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for Supported Living and In-Home Care in the Augusta County VA area, including Staunton, Waynesboro, Fishersville, Churchville and Greenville. Full-time and part-time roles are available.

You will assist with daily tasks, transportation, and advocacy for medical and dental appointments, support medication administration, and help individuals pursue meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Direct Support Professionals must be compassionate and have strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to keep accurate notes for continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks (laundry, cleaning, meal planning, cooking).
• Provide transportation and advocacy for medical/dental appointments.
• Monitor and support medication administration and personal care needs.
