Job summary

The role involves assisting individuals with daily tasks, providing transportation, advocacy for medical appointments, and supporting engagement in activities. Qualifications

• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends and be available for occasional on-call work.
• Experience in supported living or in-home care is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to keep accurate notes for continuity of quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, meal planning, cooking and organizing.
• Provide transportation and advocacy for medical/dental appointments.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation.
• Support personal life enrichment through volunteering and social activities.
• Maintain accurate notes to ensure continuity of care and quality services.
