Redwood Family Care Network in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to promote health, safety and well-being for individuals with developmental disabilities. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $17.00-$19.00 and requires driving in some duties.

Responsibilities include outlining daily routines, assisting with bathroom needs, dressing, meal prep, and transporting clients in company vans when needed. DSP certification and CA driver’s license are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Direct Support Professional Certificate – DSP Year 1 & Year 2
• First Aid/CPR & CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention (Preferred or willing to obtain)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a California Driver's License
• Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients' (visual and active) as written in Individual Program Plan.
• Assist clients with bathroom needs.
• Change clients' undergarments and/or clothing if needed.
• Prepare daily meals and assist with clean-up.
• Pick-up/drop-off clients in company vans from/to their home/facility (if necessary).

Direct Support Professional Certificate – DSP Year 1 & Year 2

First Aid/CPR & CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention
