Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Orangevale, CA. This full-time, in-person position pays $17.00–$19.00 per hour. You will assist individuals with developmental disabilities, support IPP/ISP goals, and promote safety and independence.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year caregiving experience, and DSP/CPI training (or willingness to obtain within 6 months). Full benefits and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of personal or professional caregiving experience.
• DSP Certificate (Year 1 & 2) and CPI training preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve quality of life.
• Follow IPP daily routines and support IPP/ISP goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and promote safety.
• Facilitate social, recreational, and community activities.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and transportation as needed.
• Report incidents and communicate with administrators.
