Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Illinois. You will support individuals to learn daily living skills and pursue independent living, while fostering a respectful and empowering environment. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

You will help with daily activities, safety, nutrition, and personal care, while offering encouragement and emotional support. Physical tasks are involved in this role, and a commitment to our values is essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.
• Physical activity including standing, walking, bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to develop daily living skills and life activities in a supportive environment.
• Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals to live their best life.
• Monitor comfort and safety and meet medical, nutritional and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry.
