Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. is accepting applications for a Direct Support Professional (full-time) in Middleburg Heights, OH. You will provide direct support to individuals with I/DD, helping with daily activities, meals, and daily living needs.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to communicate in English. First Aid/CPR certification and a valid Ohio driver’s license are required or training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be able to communicate in English, including written form.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Assist with daily living activities including dietary, laundry, toileting and housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate and document care needs with the team; ensure safety and quality of support.
