Qualifications

• Caregiver mindset with a passion for helping others.
• No prior experience or formal education required; training provided.
• Comfort with basic computer use for documentation.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships and provide guidance and support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and transportation.
• Support community involvement and independent living skills.
• Advocate for rights and preferences; monitor health and report changes.
• Complete required documentation and participate in training and meetings.
• Work in a residential group home supporting up to 4 people.
• Collaborative, mission-driven team focused on dignity and inclusion.
