People Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals in Niagara Falls, NY, with daily living skills, personal care, and community participation. You’ll follow person-centered plans, promote independence, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

We offer paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven organization. Employment options include full-time and part-time shifts with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour and a raise to $20.00 after a 6‑month

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling and climbing).
• Lifting requirement of 35 lbs.
• Reliability, patience and compassion; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
