You will work full-time providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence in a person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to assist individuals with personal cares and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily household tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and promote independence.
• Document progress and ISP-related updates accurately.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities as needed.
