Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support in a private home and in the community. You will help individuals with disabilities build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and maintain a safe, supportive living environment.

The role offers weekday and weekend shifts with a schedule of two Saturdays per month, and opportunities to collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support in a private home and in the community
• Implement Individual Support Plans, behavior supports, and therapeutic routines
• Assist with life skills, household responsibilities, and community activities

Job description

Pay: $25/hour-weekday shifts. $27/hour-weekend shifts (Sat & Sun)

Schedule: Two Saturdays per Month 11:00am-3:30pm
