Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight in MA. You will empower individuals to live independently, provide daily living support, follow ISP/Behavior plans, and assist with health needs in a residential setting.

You’ll mentor staff, help with budgeting, and build positive relationships with families while ensuring a safe, welcoming home environment. Minimum 18+ with a valid license and high school diploma required.

Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour.
