Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II - Asleep Overnight to empower individuals to live meaningful lives in their communities. You will provide daily support, assist with personal care, and help individuals build independence while followingISP and Behavior Support Plans.

The role includes overnight hours (Wed–Sat 11p–9a) with differentials by location and a starting pay of $20.50/hour in awake hours and $17.50/hour for asleep hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Ability to work overnights and weekends as scheduled.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Lead and mentor other staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.

Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday 11p-9a. Mandatory staff meeting the 3rd Thursday of the month from 9a-11a

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.

All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
