Seven Hills Foundation in Saugus, MA, is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to provide care that empowers individuals to live meaningful lives. In this role, you’ll assist with personal care, medication administration, and help individuals build independence through life skills.

Qualifications

• Active MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track progress.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.

Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details); $17.50/asleep hours

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, except the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard. All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.

• Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overall health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families, guardians, and team members.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
